Recruit at the Steve Sanghi College of Engineering
Northern Arizona University’s Steve Sanghi College of Engineering (SCE) offers various ways for employers to engage with our students. All on-campus events are arranged by SCE’s Career Development office. Event promotions and advertisements are shared via our Career Development website, social media, Handshake, and student newsletters. Connect with our Career Development staff for additional information and inquiries about your next visit to our campus.

Set up resources about and casually discuss your organization with our students in the lobby of SCE’s building.

Host an information session or lead a career workshop to prepare students for applying and interviewing at your company.
Student Organizations
Target the students that you want to interact with by coordinating meetings with our student organizations.
On-Campus Interviews
Host interviews on campus to recruit SCE students. Interviews can be scheduled immediately following career fairs with enough notice.
