SEO is one of the highest-leverage growth channels for any startup — done right, it compounds over time and turns our content and product into a 24/7 organic acquisition engine.
As our SEO Engineer Intern, you’ll work hands-on with a top SEO agency and our own engineering team, who’ll mentor you 1:1 on how SEO actually gets done.
What you’ll do:
- Ship real technical SEO improvements directly in our Next.js/Node.js codebase
- Implement structured data, sitemaps, and programmatic landing pages
- Improve Core Web Vitals and fix crawl/indexing issues
- Work 1:1 with our SEO agency and engineering team to learn SEO end-to-end
What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable with Next.js and Node.js
- Familiarity with Payload CMS and image/video generation is a plus
- Fluent in AI-assisted programming, with systematic thinking and strong technical design skills
- High agency — takes ambiguous problems and runs with them
- SF onsite preferred; exceptional candidates may work remotely
