About Digital Humanity: Digital Humanity creates immersive, human-centered experiences that help people turn stress into clarity, confidence, and momentum. Position Overview: Digital Humanity is seeking a Summer Intern to support the development and implementation of a multi-page membership website on a WordPress Managed platform. This role will assist with translating existing webpage designs and front-end code into a polished, functional WordPress site and will support the broader execution of the site build from setup through launch readiness.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with WordPress, HTML, and CSS, and will have the ability to troubleshoot issues, maintain brand consistency, and help execute a user-friendly digital experience.

Primary Responsibilities
• Migrate existing webpage layouts, HTML, CSS, and related assets into a WordPress Managed site
• Recreate and build site pages including Home, Register/Login, Pricing, Assessment, Dashboard, and Content Library
• Adapt front-end code and styling for clean implementation within WordPress templates, blocks, or page builders
• Ensure the site aligns with Digital Humanity’s visual brand, layout standards, and user experience goals
• Support responsive design and cross-device compatibility
• Format and update copy, page sections, images, and content elements
• Assist with preparing pages for form integrations, login features, membership functionality, and content organization
• Troubleshoot styling conflicts, layout issues, broken links, and related website problems
• Conduct quality assurance testing across desktop and mobile experiences
• Document implementation steps and provide organized handoff notes as needed

Qualifications
• Current college student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate in web development, computer science, digital media, UX, or a related field
• Experience working with WordPress websites
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with responsive web design principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with WordPress Managed hosting environments
• Familiarity with Gutenberg, page builders, or theme customization
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Exposure to form plugins, membership tools, or login workflows
• Interest in wellness, education, coaching, or human-centered digital experiences
Learning Opportunities
